Third Party Risk Management SpecialistThis role offers an opportunity to lead the development and implementation of a robust Third-Party Risk Management Framework, ensuring proactive management of third-party risks and alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for designing and deploying a firm-wide TPRM framework, including an outsourcing governance framework. They will manage the ongoing TPRM program, incorporating an integrated approach for assessing and mitigating new and existing third-party supplier risks.Main ResponsibilitiesDesign and Deployment: Lead the design and deployment of a comprehensive TPRM framework, ensuring it is aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Manage the ongoing TPRM program, incorporating an integrated approach for assessing and mitigating new and existing third-party supplier risks.Monitoring and Control: Identify and assess third-party risks before and after contract entry, ensuring adequate monitoring and control measures are in place.Governance Model: Enhance the governance model to provide continuous monitoring and oversight of third-party risks.Compliance: Monitor and update the third-party risk assessment framework to comply with new and existing regulatory guidelines and initiatives.Reporting: Develop reports for business areas and senior management on third-party risks.Key Stakeholder EngagementThe successful candidate will partner with various stakeholders, including sourcing partners, Operational Risk Team, Information Security, Compliance, and Legal departments, to identify and escalate third-party risks.
