Job Title: Head of Estimation – EPC Projects

Industry: Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Metal & Mineral


Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Estimation to lead cost estimation processes for large-scale EPC projects. The role demands expertise in analyzing tender documents, preparing accurate cost estimates across civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines, and managing prequalification processes for vendor databases in the Oil & Gas sector. The candidate will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure competitive and precise bid submissions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead estimation teams for LSTK/EPC projects.
  • Analyze tender documents to align with client requirements.
  • Manage vendor relationships and prequalification for Oil & Gas databases.
  • Prepare RFQs, compile vendor/subcontractor estimates, and create cost comparisons.
  • Ensure timely and accurate bid submissions with alignment across engineering and procurement teams.
  • Collaborate with business development for finalizing project bids.


Qualifications & Expertise:

  • 15+ years of experience in EPC project estimation.
  • Strong knowledge of cost estimation across civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation fields.
  • Familiarity with LSTK/EPC project methodologies and P&IDs.
  • Proven experience with vendor prequalification processes.
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to deadlines.


Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or related discipline).
  • Master’s degree or certification in project management/cost estimation is a plus.
