You will work closely with cross-functional teams to architect scalable solutions, drive technical innovation, and ensure performance and reliability across our systems.This role is ideal for a seasoned developer ready to take on architectural responsibilities or an emerging architect with strong engineering foundations.Job ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop enterprise-grade applications using .NET, C#, and C++.Architect and implement scalable solutions on Microsoft Azure.Optimize SQL Server databases and ensure high-performance data access.Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Lead code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.Evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve system architecture and development processes.Ensure adherence to best practices in software engineering, security, and cloud deployment.Requirements6+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on .NET and C#.Proficiency in C++ and SQL Server development.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud architecture.Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and software architecture patterns.Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Circana BehaviorsAs well as the technical skills, experience and attributes that are required for the role, our shared behaviors sit at the core of our organization.
