Project DevelopmentDesign and develop embedded systems projects as real-world case studies.Use industry-standard tools and technologies (ARM Cortex, RTOS, Embedded Linux, etc.) to build training-oriented projects.Ensure developed projects reflect current industry requirements and practices.2. Corporate Training DeliveryTrain experienced engineers on embedded systems concepts, protocols, and technologies.Deliver sessions on:Protocols: CAN, SPI, I2C, UART, USB, Ethernet, Bluetooth, Zigbee (any one protocol expertise is mandatory)Technologies: ARM Cortex architectures, RTOS (FreeRTOS, Zephyr), Embedded Linux, IoT frameworksAddress participant queries in a systematic and structured way.3. Methodology & Technical Skill TrainingTeach embedded software development methodologies including:Bare-metal programmingDriver developmentDebugging techniquesGuide trainees through hands-on labs, debugging exercises, and project implementations.🎓 Desired Candidate Profile8–15 years of industry experience in embedded systems (product development or services).Expertise in at least one communication protocol: CAN, SPI, I2C, UART, USB, Ethernet, Bluetooth, Zigbee.Strong knowledge of the complete embedded product development lifecycle.Proficiency with tools such as:IDEs: Keil, IAR, EclipseDebug tools: JTAG, SWDSimulation/emulation toolsExcellent programming skills in C/C++, Python, and familiarity with assembly language.Hands-on experience with RTOS (FreeRTOS, Zephyr) and/or Embedded Linux.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong collaborative skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Solid understanding of embedded hardware/software co-design, interfacing, and debugging.
