Their line of farm products includes freshly-brewed Kombucha and artisanal cheese, promoting local foods and empowering Indian farmers.Job Title: Sr. Executive – Procurement (F&V Industry)Location: Himachal/DelhiIndustry: Agriculture / Fresh Produce / HORECA SupplyExperience: 3-5 Years (Mandatory in F&V Procurement)Employment Type: Full-timeSalary: 35k- 40K (depend on interview performance & experience)About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sr. Executive – Procurement (F&V Industry) to join our growing team in the fresh fruits, vegetables, edible flowers, micro-greens segment and fertilizers. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of seasonal availability, sourcing best practices, and proven experience in managing vendor networks and procurement teams in the agriculture or F&V industry.Key Responsibilities 1. Identify and source quality suppliers for raw materials and services.2. Request quotations, compare prices, and negotiate best rates.3. Create and manage purchase orders in the system.4. Track delivery timelines and ensure timely receipt of materials.5. Maintain vendor records, pricing lists, and procurement reports.6. Coordinate with stores, finance, and production for smooth operations.Key Requirements· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.· 1–3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing (F&V/manufacturing preferred).· Good understanding of sourcing, negotiations, and purchase procedures.· Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/software.Preferred Skills· Strong communication and negotiation skills.· Ability to work under timelines and manage multiple tasks.· Attention to detail and accuracy.· Good relationship-building with vendors.To Apply:Please send your resume to hr@krishicress.com with the subject line: Application – Assistant Manager Procurement (F&V).Do apply only the above criteria matches your resume.
