Workforce Planning System ImplementationWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior PeopleSoft Developer to join our team and assist with the implementation of a Workforce Planning system.The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and delivering processes to pull staff demographic data and load historical data from a SQL Server database to PeopleSoft.They must produce completed and well-tested programs that meet user satisfaction and acceptance standards.The ideal candidate will enable workflow in certain areas of the system, adhere to project schedules, prepare technical documents, and conduct peer reviews on code and test cases.Participation in status meetings and proactive communication with other team members is essential.The ideal candidate will possess:A Bachelor or Master degree;+8 years of IT experience;+5 years relevant experience in building PeopleSoft systems using PeopleSoft and Database technologies.Excellent knowledge of PeopleTools, Peoplesoft Application Designer, Peoplecode, SQR, and overall excellent technical skills on the Peoplesoft Development platform.Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle platform; SQR programming for producing complex reports and batch processes; Peoplesoft Mobile / Fluid technologies; Peoplesoft Workflow knowledge expected and working knowledge desirable.Sound understanding of and implementation experience with issue tracking, source code repository, and full system development life cycle - Analysis, Design, Programming, Testing, Implementation, and Maintenance.
