About This RoleAs a Senior Data Scientist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing machine learning models that drive intelligent decision-making systems. These systems power pricing, supply optimization, ranking, and personalization in our global B2B hotel marketplace.Develop ML models for dynamic pricing, availability prediction, and real-time hotel demand optimizationMaintain data pipelines and feature stores supporting large-scale model training and inferenceApply Bayesian inference, causal modeling, and reinforcement learning to drive adaptive decision platformsCreate ranking / recommendation systems for personalization, relevance, and supply visibilityUse Large Language Models for contract parsing, metadata extraction, mapping resolution, semantic search and retrieval-augmented generation, conversational systems, automated summarization, and content enrichmentDeploy and monitor models in production with strong observability, tracing, and Service Level Objective ownershipRun A/B experiments and causal validation to measure real business impactAbout You5-9 years of hands-on experience in Applied Machine Learning / Data ScienceStrong proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQLExperience developing models for ranking, pricing, recommendation, or forecasting at scaleFamiliarity with PyTorch or TensorFlow for real-world Machine Learning or Deep Learning use casesStrong grasp of probabilistic modeling, Bayesian methods, and causal inferencePractical experience integrating Large Language Model/GenAI workflows into productionExperience with Databricks, Spark, or SageMaker for distributed training and deploymentFamiliar with experiment platforms, MLflow, and model observability best practicesStrong business understanding and ability to communicate model impact to product stakeholders
