About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow expert to handle day-to-day administration, ensure platform security, and optimize performance.Key Responsibilities:CMDB Management: Maintain data accuracy and CI relationship integrity.Domain Separation: Manage multi-tenant environments, domain-specific configurations, visibility rules, update set handling, and troubleshoot domain conflicts.Platform Administration & Configuration: Perform daily administration tasks, including managing technical configuration, building forms, creating reports, and dashboards.User Management & Security: Manage user accounts, roles, and access control lists to ensure appropriate access levels and platform security.Maintenance & Upgrades: Monitor system performance, perform routine maintenance, identify errors, remediate them, and manage upgrades and patches.Support & Troubleshooting: Provide primary support for end-users and support teams, investigating, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues related to the platform.Workflow & Automation: Gather requirements from stakeholders and implement minor enhancements, such as creating or modifying service catalog items and automated process flows/workflows using Flow Designer or JavaScript.Documentation & Training: Create and maintain technical and user documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures, and assist with training end-users and other staff.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with developers, project managers, and business users to align the platform with organizational goals and contribute to continual service improvement initiatives within ITIL processes.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you must possess:Strong proficiency in configuring ServiceNow modules (ITSM required; ITOM, HRSD, SecOps a plus).Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Domain Separation expertise.Solid understanding of IT operations concepts, relational databases, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.BenefitsWe offer a range of benefits, including:Dedicated Learning & Development Budget.Cutting-Edge Projects.Employee-Friendly Leave Policy.What We OfferA dynamic work environment that fosters growth, innovation, and collaboration.
