About the Role


The Inbound Sales Development Representative role at Nanonets is a key position within our sales team. As an Inbound SDR, you will play a crucial role in engaging with prospective customers who reach out to us. Your primary responsibility will be to qualify and nurture inbound leads, turning initial inquiries into valuable sales opportunities for our team.

In this role, you will handle incoming calls and emails from potential clients, so you should be adept at addressing questions and concerns, effectively communicating our product’s value proposition, and guiding prospects through the initial stages of the sales process. Your efforts will directly contribute to building and expanding our sales pipeline.

What will you work on:


  • Handle inbound leads through calls, emails, and reach outs, engaging with potential customers who contact us and assessing their needs.
  • Perform initial discovery and qualification calls with inbound leads to determine their potential as sales opportunities. Effectively introduce our product’s value proposition and guide prospects through the early stages of the sales process.
  • Manage Intercom conversations, addressing and handling inquiries from prospects to ensure prompt and helpful responses while guiding them through the qualification process.
  • Capture business intelligence from prospects directly (by phone or email) or indirectly (via online research) to equip our Sales team with valuable insights for successful engagements.
  • Follow up with marketing-generated leads to qualify them as sales opportunities. Move solid leads through the funnel by connecting them with a salesperson and arranging meetings.


Preferred experience:


1. 1+ year in lead generation and/or inside sales experience in a SaaS company

2. Experience with Sales Navigator

3. Experience with Zoominfo

4. Experience with Apollo
