This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence product offerings and make a significant impact on Carrefour's success.Key Responsibilities:Implement merchandising strategies to ensure optimal product placement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and supply chain, to ensure the seamless execution of product promotions and campaigns.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends, customer preferences, and emerging product lines in the textile market.Work with suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and ensure that products meet quality and sustainability standards.Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and make recommendations to drive product performance in the textile sector.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and ensure alignment on business objectives.Monitor and adjust merchandising strategies based on performance metrics, customer feedback, and market changes in the textile industry.Qualifications:At least 4+ years of experience in merchandising, retail, or a related field.
