Key Responsibilities:Lead Plant Operations: Oversee all aspects of plant operations including production, maintenance, engineering, quality, supply chain, and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety).Drive Operational Excellence: Implement strategies to improve plant efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure strict adherence to ISO standards, ASTM, and industry-specific quality norms.Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Develop and lead high-performing teams to achieve business objectives. Required Skills and Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.Experience: 10+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the chemical or manufacturing industry.Skills: Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication, and team management.
