Senior Digital Fault Tolerant EngineerWe are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Fault Tolerant Engineer to join our team. This is a key role where you will have the opportunity to drive innovation and lead high-profile projects.To be successful in this position, you will need to have strong technical skills and expertise in digital fault tolerant techniques and technologies.You will also need to have excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Key responsibilities:Develop and implement digital fault tolerant strategies and architectures for complex ASIC/SoC projects.Lead the implementation and verification of digital fault tolerant features such as scan insertion and compression, ATPG pattern generation and fault grading, MBIST and Logic BIST insertion and validation, boundary scan (IEEE 1149.1/1149.6), IJTAG (1687).Manage end-to-end digital fault tolerant flow from RTL to gate-level netlist and silicon bring-up.Collaborate with RTL, STA, PD, and test engineering teams for seamless integration.Perform pattern generation, fault simulation, and debug test coverage gaps.Owning DFT signoff, timing closure (DFT-related paths), and ATE pattern delivery.Support silicon bring-up, test vector validation on ATE, and yield optimization.Mentor and guide junior engineers; conduct design reviews and training sessions.Develop and maintain digital fault tolerant automation scripts and infrastructure.
