About the Role

Are you someone who loves playing with code and a tinkerer at heart who wants to build things for the world? 


This is a 0 → 1 role at the heart of Refold.ai. As part of the Founder’s Office (Tech), you’ll work directly with the founding team on building, scaling, and shipping core initiatives. It’s part engineering, part product, part hustle — perfect for someone just starting out but eager for maximum learning and ownership.


We’re looking for someone with past SDE/Dev internship experience, who understands codes, can play with APIs/JavaScript, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves with both code and clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the clients end to end, understand their pain points, and help translate those into product 
  • Support the setup of pipelines, integrations, and real-time systems.
  • Collaborate with founders and engineers to design and build core features.
  • Work hands-on with JavaScript, APIs, and back-end systems to bring ideas to life.
  • Contribute to experiments, tech spikes, and new initiatives from scratch.
  • Pitch in wherever needed from debugging flows to shaping early product specs.


Must-Haves

  • 1-2 year of experience (internships/side projects count).
  • Past SDE / Developer internship experience or can understand JavaScript and APIs.
  • Past experience leading tech fests, hackathons or tech societies/clubs.
  • Comfort in client interactions — ability to own conversations and follow-through.
  • Energy, adaptability, and the ability to work directly with founders in a high-velocity environment.
  • Curiosity for AI, data platforms, and integrations.
