We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Backend Developer to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to work with a dynamic group of professionals on exciting and impactful projects.This role is perfect for someone who wants to develop scalable, flexible, and high-performance systems, design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software (backend and databases in particular). You will be working on the backend of our product which is built using industry's latest technologies such as Redis, Postgres and Cassandra and developing APIs using Python and Ruby on Rails.The job also includes DevOps tasks from server setup to maintenance and recovery. We are looking for results-driven candidates with strong programming skills who can effectively manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.Key Tasks & ResponsibilitiesRapidly develop next-generation scalable, flexible, and high-performance systems.Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software (backend and databases in particular)Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.DevOps tasksContribute to the growth through interviewing, on-boarding, or other recruitment effortsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or equivalent practical experience.+5 years of experience.Strong knowledge in SQL and noSQL databases such as (Redis , Postgress or Cassandra).Fluency in Python and Ruby on Rails.Knowledge in Web servers and Web application servers (e.g., Apache, Jetty, Tomcat, IIS).Knowledge in code repository like Git.Ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and tight timelines.Database design skills.Perfect quality code.Excellent organizational skills and proven analytical, planning, problem solving skills.Full stack with background in ReactJS is a plus.Skills and QualificationsData Mining.PyTorch.Machine Learning.TensorFlow.Python (Programming Language).Machine Tools.Learning.Artificial Intelligence (AI).Pattern Recognition.Data Science.About UsWe are an IT consulting company providing solutions to some of the world's largest industrial and services groups.
