JOB SUMMARY Join our vibrant team in Chennai as a full-time Video Editor As a valued member of our creative team, you'll be responsible for crafting engaging long and short video content from start to finish. Your tasks will include reviewing raw footage, refining rough cuts into polished final edits, maintaining optimal flow and pacing, color grading, and integrating motion graphics and other visual elements. We're looking for a candidate with a strong background in video editing and a keen eye for photography and videography. Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is essential, as you will be utilizing these tools to bring our creative ideas to life. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Create Engaging Video Content: Develop captivating videos from inception to completion. Capture High-Quality Footage: Utilize videography skills to capture clear and visually appealing footage. Editing Expertise: Edit videos meticulously from scratch to finish, including tasks such as refining raw footage, maintaining optimal flow, pacing, and integrating motion graphics for a polished final product, utilizing industry-standard software like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Storytelling Through Video: Craft compelling narratives through video content that effectively communicate the unique qualities and benefits. Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to align video content with overall marketing strategies, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding. Maintain Brand Standards: Ensure all video content adheres to brand standards, portraying a consistent and professional image. Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of current trends in videography, integrating innovative approaches to maintain a competitive edge. QUALIFICATIONS Must have a portfolio showcasing previous video editing work. A Bachelor's degree in film studies, cinematography, or related fields is preferred, but we're open to considering candidates with degrees in other relevant areas. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong emphasis on Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Experience in video production, editing, color grading, and motion graphics. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities. Excellent time-management skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of typography, animation, and sound design. Creative and detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members. Familiarity with other video and image editing software, such as DaVinci Resolve and Photoshop, is a plus. Probation Period: 6 Months Medical Insurance for Family for 2.00 lac p.a after 3 months of Joining. Social Security includes - Provident Fund and Gratuity on completion of 5 years of service as per the Tamil Nadu Factories Act. 10 days of Paid Leave and 8 Casual Leave will be provided for the Year.
