Job Title: Associate/Associate Director - Loan Operations/ServicingDescription:We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Associate/Associate Director - Loan Operations/Servicing. This role involves critically reviewing and managing loans, treasury & cash management services, and trade finance operations to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and simplification.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in loan operations, with expertise in managing large teams, ensuring overall governance, and identifying risks and issues in business processes and systems. They will also be able to provide training programs on new processes as needed and suggest solutions to bring efficiencies in the process.Responsibilities:Critically review and manage loans (bi-lateral and syndicates loans), Treasury & Cash Management Services, and Trade Finance Operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Manage large teams and ensure overall governance, including processing, training, and learning & development requirements.Identify risks and issues in business processes and systems, provide training programs on new processes as needed, and suggest solutions to bring efficiencies in the process.Demonstrate aptitude to challenge current processes by understanding the target operating model and suggesting solutions to improve quality and controls, eliminate waste, and enhance both efficiency and effectiveness.Establish a culture of continuous process improvements, identify opportunities for improving quality and controls, and implement ideas to drive down costs without impacting delivery.Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments, use professional concepts to develop resolutions to moderately complex issues, and establish constructive working relationships with stakeholders (internal and external).The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
