We are hiring a Business System Analyst


Firstsource is currently looking for a Business System Analyst for the Hyderabad location


Experience Required:

· 3+ years in Business Analysis

At least2-4 years of experience in defining/developing software products and/or implementing & managing CRM/CSM software development efforts


Skills Required:

· Excellent planning, organization, and problem identification skills demonstrated

via the ability to identify minimum viable product (MVP) requirements and prioritize accordingly .

· Proven experience working with one or more CRM or CSM technologies/platforms (e.g., Oracle, Salesforce, HubSpot, NICE, etc.)

· Experience translating business requirements into project features, user stories, and tests

· Knowledge of multiple approaches to digital assistant development and implementation is preferred

Some understanding of Agile methodology (tools, processes, roles)


Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders, including vendors, test teams, process managers, and end users to ensure solutions are delivered according to schedule, with the required functionality, and in alignment with business goals/requirements
  • Build cross-functional partnerships, internally and externally
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data for process improvements and content enhancements · Analyze/document new and existing processes and procedures
  • Follow SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) processes
  • Adhere to the ethical standards and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to your job function.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
