Community Engagement ProfessionalWe are seeking a proactive and people-oriented community engagement specialist to help build, nurture, and grow our educator and learner community.The role involves creating meaningful engagement experiences, facilitating conversations, and driving participation across both online and offline channels.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage strong relationships within the communityPlan and execute engagement initiatives such as webinars, contests, discussions, and recognition campaignsModerate and grow community platforms (WhatsApp, social media platforms, in-app forums, etc.)Identify active community members and convert them into ambassadors or championsCollaborate with marketing, product, and partnerships teams to amplify campaignsTrack and report community engagement metrics and share insights for improvementRespond promptly to community queries, feedback, and issues with empathy and accuracyCreate and curate content (posts, polls, updates, stories) to maintain regular engagementRequirementsBachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably communications, education, or marketing)2–4 years of experience in community management, engagement, or related rolesStrong communication and interpersonal skills — both written and verbalComfortable managing multiple channels and coordinating with cross-functional teamsBasic data understanding (Google Sheets/analytics dashboards) to measure engagementCreative thinker with the ability to initiate and execute campaigns independentlyPreferred QualificationsExperience working with teacher communitiesExposure to tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or community management platformsUnderstanding of social media trends and engagement strategiesWhat We OfferOpportunity to work in a fast-growing education ecosystemCollaborative and mission-driven team cultureScope to innovate and experiment with engagement ideasCompetitive compensation and growth opportunities
