JobDescription:

Weare seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team asBranch Head. The Branch Head will be responsible for overseeing allactivities within the branch including managing business andpersonnel matters. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager theBranch Head will play a key role in driving business growthensuring customer satisfaction and fostering a positive workenvironment for the branchstaff.
KeyResponsibilities:

Marketing& Business DevelopmentActivities:
  • Leadcustomer acquisition and retentionefforts.
  • TargetHigh Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and corporateclients.
  • Conductcompetitor analysis to identify market trends andopportunities.
  • Facilitatedaily morning meetings and discussions with branchstaff.
  • Reviewbranch performance metrics on a monthly and weeklybasis.
  • Organizeweekly investor meets to expand the clientbase.
HRActivities forBranch:

  • Designand implement monthly training programs for staffdevelopment.
  • Organizestaff happiness activities to boost morale andmotivation.
  • Communicateimportant company policies and updates toemployees.
  • Maintaindiscipline and ensure compliance with companyregulations.
  • Addressemployee grievances and foster team spirit within thebranch.
BranchOperations:

  • Monitordaily branch activities including pay in/payouts and customergrievances.
  • Managerisk associated with trade errors anddebtors.
  • Provideregular reports on branch activities to the RegionalManager.
General:

  • Striveto achieve individual branch and organizationalgoals.
  • Remainadaptable to evolving duties andresponsibilities.

Requirements
  • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Finance or relatedfield.
  • Provenexperience in branch management or a similar leadership role inFinancialservice
  • Strongunderstanding of financial markets andproducts.

  • Abilityto motivate and inspire teammembers.
  • Proficiencyin MS Office and CRMsoftware.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or relatedfield.
