Senior Operational Strategist

Job Summary:We seek an exceptional Strategic Operations Manager to support our Managing Partner in driving business growth and success. This pivotal role requires outstanding organizational skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to navigate multiple functions effectively.Serve as the primary liaison between our Managing Partner and internal teams, clients, suppliers, and external stakeholdersDevelop and implement streamlined documentation processes, including contract management, shipping logistics, and compliance paperworkCollaborate with internal departments, ensuring alignment on priorities and driving cross-functional successTrack and follow up on key deliverables, deadlines, and action items across the organizationHandle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism## Requirements:- 8+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment- Prior experience in trading, import/export, or commodity trading is highly valued- Experience working in unstructured sectors and navigating informal business environments- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or related field- Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written) is mandatory- Experience working with senior leadership or C-suite executives- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs## Ideal Candidate Profile:Results-driven strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levelsAbility to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlinesHighly organized, with attention to detail and accuracy
