Project Leader:The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the on-time and within-budget delivery of digital transformation programs. They will oversee end-to-end implementation, manage client expectations, and drive project outcomes to meet business value drivers.Lead cross-functional teams to deliver multi-million-dollar SaaS or digital transformation projects.Develop detailed project plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), and delivery schedules aligned to company methodologies.Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and resources through structured change control processes.Facilitate agile sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups for delivery teams.Act as primary point of contact for clients, IT teams, and business stakeholders.Build strong executive relationships through proactive communication and transparency.Conduct regular steering committee and governance meetings to present progress, risks, and value metrics.Drive customer satisfaction and adoption by aligning project outcomes with business value drivers.Oversee project budgets, forecasts, and billing milestones to ensure revenue recognition compliance.Track and report professional services utilization, profitability, and margin performance.Collaborate with PMO and finance teams on forecasting, invoicing, and statement of work adherence.Identify opportunities for upsell and expansion in collaboration with account managers and solution architects.Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks.Ensure adherence to company delivery standards, templates, and Value 360 playbooks.Oversee testing, UAT, and go-live readiness activities to ensure smooth transitions to support.Track business impact metrics post-deployment, such as reliability KPIs, safety metrics, and schedule compliance.Required Skills and Qualifications7-10 years of experience in project management of SaaS, ERP, or EAM implementations.Strong understanding of EAM and maintenance processes, including work management, planning and scheduling, reliability, and inspections.Experience managing projects integrated with systems like SAP PM, IBM Maximo.Familiarity with cloud delivery models, mobile solutions, and integration frameworks (REST APIs, middleware).Proficiency with project management tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or Asana.Benefits and OpportunitiesOpportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and collaborative environment.Competitive compensation packages and benefits.Access to cutting-edge technologies and tools.Additional InformationBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or equivalent.Project Management certification preferred: PMP / PRINCE2.
