We have a culture of inclusivity and fairness where diverse interests, experiences, and backgrounds are celebrated.Our ideal candidate will provide technical assistance to users via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system as first response.Monitor tools for IT operationsDiagnose and resolve incidents, requests, or inquiries.Evaluate and escalate unresolved incidents to higher support levels following established protocols.Document all incidents, service requests, and actions in the IT service management system.Track and follow up on open tickets until resolution and closure.Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, troubleshooting steps, and known errors.Contribute to the knowledge base and standard operating procedures.Identify recurring issues and propose preventive solutions.Ensure service level agreement compliance and high-quality service delivery.Collaborate in continuous improvement initiatives and IT service optimization projects.Qualifications:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.Collaborative mindset with other support levels.Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.Willingness to learn and grow in IT infrastructure and service management.Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.Experience with ticketing tools - Jira Service Desk knowledge is beneficial.Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.We value diversity, equity, and inclusion.
