Ltd.Experience: 2+ yearsIndustry: HealthcareWork Mode: Work from OfficeWork Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Serbian Time) | 1:30 PM – 9:30 PM (Indian Time)Location: BangaloreThe candidate who can join within 30 days may only apply Job SummaryThe Sales Agent will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients in Germany through phone and email to generate new business opportunities in the healthcare domain. The role requires conducting outreach to pharmacies, health food stores, and other B2B clients, scheduling meetings, and progressively managing the entire sales cycle, including closing deals. The candidate should have excellent communication skills in German, a basic understanding of English, and strong interpersonal abilities to build relationships and achieve targets.Must-Have Skills and ToolsAdvanced proficiency in the German language (certification required).Proficiency in English.Proven experience in B2B sales or client acquisition roles (minimum 2 years in the German region).Working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and CRM tools (HubSpot required).Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to work independently and achieve monthly sales targets.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound calls and send emails to potential B2B clients (pharmacies, health food stores, and healthcare distributors) in Germany.Schedule and participate in initial sales calls with the owner and gradually take complete ownership of client negotiations and deal closures.Build and maintain long-term client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.Manage and update leads, contacts, and sales data using CRM tools, especially HubSpot.Maintain regular communication with internal teams and provide feedback on lead quality and market insights.Support in creating and maintaining sales records, tracking metrics, and ensuring data accuracy in Excel or CRM systems.Stay informed about product offerings, market trends, and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.Good-to-HavePrevious experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.Familiarity with cross-border sales and international client communication.Strong follow-up skills and adaptability to different sales approaches.EducationA bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.German language certification (B2 or higher) is mandatory.
