About UsAt our organization, we are looking for a skilled professional to take on the role of ER Lead.The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining positive employee relations and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. This will involve managing union and worker relationships, handling negotiations, resolving disputes, adopting and implementing best practices, and supporting grievance redressal mechanisms.The ER Lead will also drive engagement initiatives for the blue-collar workforce, ensure adherence to factory rules, and represent the organization in dealings with government and labor authorities. A key focus will be on proactively mitigating ER/IR risks while fostering a productive and legally compliant work environment.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement employee engagement and labor welfare strategies aligned with company goals.Monitor and analyze trends in employee engagement and labor welfare to identify areas for improvement.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in human resources management, industrial relations, social work, organizational psychology, business administration, or related field.MBA, Master's in MSW, Law, Management degree is preferred.10+ years of experience in handling large workforces.Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives and talent development programs.Proven track record in handling contract labor, factory administration, and compliance.Experience in managing very large workforces in an industrial setting.Strong experience in liaising with government officials and managing community relations.Prior history of amicably signing LTS settlements with unions.Certification in Employee Engagement, Talent Development, or Human Resources Management would be great.This is a challenging role that requires a unique blend of skills and experience.
