Ensure machines are produced as per drawings, BOM, and timelines. Supervise workshop teams and maintain smooth production flow.Key Responsibilities:Plan and oversee daily machine manufacturing activitiesSupervise fabricators, welders, machinists, fittersEnsure accurate fabrication, assembly & QC at every stageCoordinate with design, procurement, and storesMaintain material availability, tools, and production disciplineImprove processes to reduce rework & increase efficiencyEnsure safety, 5S, and shop-floor standardsRequirements:Diploma/B.Tech (Mechanical/Production)5–10 years in machine manufacturing or industrial equipment productionStrong knowledge of fabrication, machining & assemblyAbility to read technical drawingsLeadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
