Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Content Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a deep understanding of the target audience, and the ability to produce engaging, high-quality content that engage audience, generates leads, and promotes our brand. The Content Writer will be responsible for creating a variety of content types, including UX writing for Eduport app, website copy for Eduport website, social media posts, marketing campaigns, print campaigns, and more.
Key Responsibilities
1.Content Creation: Write clear and compelling content in English and Malayalam that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals;
2. Research: Conduct research on industry-related topics to produce accurate and informative content
3. Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that meet business objectives and engage the target audience
4. Editing and Proofreading: Edit and proofread content to ensure it is polished
5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with designers, marketing team, and other
stakeholders to ensure content is aligned;
6. Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent tone, style, and voice across all written materials.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience : Minimum of 1 year of experience in content writing, copywriting, or related roles Writing Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing a variety of content types (blog posts, articles, web copy, etc.)
Experience in the Ed-Tech, media, or film industry is highly desirable.
Skills
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Strong research abilities
- Ability to adapt writing style to different audiences and formats
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Attributes: Creative thinker, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
