Job Title: Customer Relations SpecialistAbout the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to serve as our primary point of contact for clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a seamless customer experience that drives satisfaction and loyalty.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain open lines of communication with customers through regular follow-ups and updates.Demonstrate a thorough understanding of customer needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions to meet their expectations.Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, utilizing various channels such as phone, email, and chat.Efficiently address and resolve customer complaints or concerns, resulting in high levels of client satisfaction.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions within our CRM system.Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Support, Product) to effectively resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.Promote relevant services and products to customers, when applicable.Analyze and report customer feedback to inform product and service quality improvements.Ensure timely renewal of services and contribute to customer retention initiatives.Required Skills and QualificationsTo excel in this role, you should possess:A Master's degree in Biotechnology or a related field.1–2 years of experience in customer-facing positions (Customer Service, Sales Support, CRM).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.The capacity to multitask and manage time efficiently.Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce), although not required.Fluency in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of regional languages is an asset.Why You'll Love This RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity to work with a dynamic team, drive customer satisfaction, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
