Job OverviewThe Operations Manager role requires a seasoned professional with 8–15 years of experience in managing and optimizing end-to-end operations. The ideal candidate will bring expertise from the Pharma, E-commerce, or Retail industries, with a proven track record in process excellence, compliance, internal stakeholder management, and financial performance.Key Responsibilities:Operational Strategy & ExecutionLead and oversee end-to-end business operations, including supply chain, vendor management, compliance, and customer service.Design and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.Align operational workflows with organizational goals and industry best practices.Financial Management:Manage business unit financials, ensuring profitability, cost optimization, and revenue growth.Monitor financial performance, prepare variance analyses, and recommend corrective actions.Collaborate with finance teams to align operational decisions with budgetary and financial goals.Compliance & Risk Management:Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (especially in Pharma and Retail).Establish and monitor quality assurance frameworks.Mitigate operational risks through proactive planning and audits.Leadership & People Management:Mentor and manage operational teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth.Build strong vendor and external stakeholder relationships.
