Technical Proposal SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical writer to lead the development of compliant, compelling technical proposal content that executes on the strategic response plan with an emphasis on customer insight.The ideal candidate will have prior experience with technical or proposal writing, a technical/IT background, and excellent English language skills.Develop innovative technical proposal solutions that drive business results by crafting the Technical Approach and conducting interviews with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate technical solution ideas into easily understood terms.Collaborate closely with the Capture Lead, Proposal Manager, Account Team, SMEs, Solution Architects (SAs), and other authors to deliver high-quality, compliance-driven proposals.Manage the development process to meet color review expectations and execute quality control functions for compliance with RFx and proposal design standards.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.5 years' experience in proposal or technical writing for US government proposals.Strong working knowledge of word processing software, MS Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and written and verbal communication skills.Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.Key Responsibilities: Leads the development of compliant, compelling technical proposal content. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality proposals.
