This key role demands exceptional technical expertise, effective leadership skills, and a proactive approach to resolving complex issues.Team Management and Delivery OversightLead and mentor a team of 3–5 skilled Salesforce professionals handling ongoing support, maintenance, and minor enhancements.Ensure seamless daily operations, efficient ticket triage, and effective sprint planning to guarantee timely and high-quality deliveries.Establish and enforce rigorous coding standards, best practices, and review processes.Incident and Problem ResolutionServe as L2 technical expert for resolving intricate Salesforce issues escalated from L1 support.Thoroughly categorize, prioritize, and resolve incidents based on business impact and severity.Conduct comprehensive root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.Coordinate effectively with internal and client teams to manage critical or high-priority incidents.Communication and Stakeholder EngagementMaintain transparent communication with client stakeholders regarding ticket status, service level agreements, and blockers.Collaborate closely with client IT and business teams to align support efforts with evolving business needs.Provide regular status reports, RCA documentation, and recommendations for platform optimization.Continuous Improvement and InnovationIdentify automation opportunities in the support process (e.g., monitoring, deployment, testing).Propose and implement minor enhancements that enhance user experience and system performance.Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend applicable updates or features for adoption.
