AI Solution DeveloperAs an AI solution developer, you will play a pivotal role in creating cutting-edge AI solutions that drive real business value for our clients. Leveraging the Microsoft Azure AI Foundry platform and other advanced tools, you will design and implement intelligent agents that can reason, act, and respond effectively to complex challenges.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement multi-step prompt workflows that guide agents to reason, act, and respond effectively.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, designers, and data scientists to prototype and refine AI experiences.Develop production-quality code in Python or C# using Azure AI SDKs to extend agent capabilities.Monitor and evaluate agent performance using built-in tracing and analytics tools, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.At least 2 years of experience in cloud-native development and hands-on experience with Azure AI services, SDKs, and cloud-native development.Strong grasp of prompt engineering, generative AI, and intelligent agent design, as well as enterprise integration patterns, RBAC, and secure data handling in Azure environments.Agile mindset, collaborative spirit, and passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
