We're seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Architect to design, develop and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architecting scalable ML pipelines, services and platforms using modern cloud and MLOps practices. They will be responsible for building, fine-tuning and integrating Generative AI models into business applications, as well as working with agentic AI frameworks to design autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents.Key Responsibilities:Architect AI/ML systems, including solution design, model lifecycle management and scalability considerations.Develop and implement data engineering concepts and ML pipeline automation.Evaluate new tools, frameworks and approaches to keep the AI ecosystem cutting-edge.Qualifications:8–10 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning and AI Engineering.Prior experience in leading teams and guiding junior engineers.Required Skills:Strong expertise in Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow / PyTorch) and deep understanding of GenAI.Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks and cloud experience (AWS, Azure or GCP).Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to convert business challenges into AI-based solutions.Achieve Success by:Fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team.Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in AI technology.Developing and implementing effective strategies for model training, optimization and evaluation.
