Job OverviewThe successful implementation of our highly configurable solution is critical to ensuring high-quality, timely project delivery with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction, efficiency, and long-term scalability.You will serve as the primary point of contact during implementation, overseeing the project lifecycle from requirements gathering to production go-live. With a mix of technical expertise, functional knowledge, and strong stakeholder management, you will ensure each implementation drives measurable value for customers.Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end implementations, facilitating design phases, translating complex business requirements into tailored configurations within our platform, developing detailed deployment plans, engaging stakeholders, providing clear updates, managing large-scale implementations, and presenting project status and KPIs to senior leadership.Required Skills and QualificationsDomain Knowledge: Strong functional knowledge of Contingent Staffing VMS, SRM, Supply Chain, HRTech, and Procurement processes.Technical Expertise: Minimum 5 years of experience with B2B web-based software development, deployment, and configuration, ideally within enterprise environments.SQL & Database Proficiency: Working experience with SQL and other relational databases for configuration and troubleshooting purposes.Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Procurement, or a related discipline.Program Leadership: Proven success in managing large-scale implementation programs, particularly involving ERP/CRM integrations.Stakeholder Management: Confident in managing both internal and external stakeholders with professionalism and poise.BenefitsAs a key member of the Delivery Team, you will enjoy a dynamic environment, solving complex problems, balancing technical detail with strategic delivery, and contributing to driving innovation in the contingent workforce industry.OthersWe value proactive, results-oriented individuals who are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work products.
