This includes ensuring system stability, security and performance while collaborating with business teams across HR, Finance and Supply Chain.User Account Management: Creating and managing user accounts, roles and security permissions to maintain compliance with organizational standards.System Monitoring: Utilizing Oracle tools to monitor performance, system health and application availability.Application Updates: Planning, coordinating and applying quarterly updates, patches and new releases to ensure seamless system operation.Troubleshooting: Identifying, analyzing and resolving application issues to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.Configuration Maintenance: Maintaining production configurations, security settings and reference data to ensure data integrity.Data Management: Handling data imports/exports, data validation and data protection tasks to safeguard sensitive information.Team Collaboration: Working closely with HR, Finance, SCM and other teams to support application needs and drive business objectives.Reporting and Dashboards: Generating reports and dashboards using OTBI; experience with this tool is advantageous.This position demands a strong understanding of Fusion security, roles, privileges and user provisioning, as well as knowledge of quarterly patching cycles and Oracle maintenance processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience administering Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, troubleshooting functional and technical issues, and familiarity with data import processes, HDL/FBDI.
