Fusion HCM Technical Consultant: A High-Impact RoleThis role demands exceptional technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, especially in US and Canada Payroll. The ideal candidate will possess 8+ years of experience in technical development, with a strong background in Fast Formula development, BIP, OTBI, and SQL/PLSQL tuning.The successful consultant will be responsible for gathering detailed technical requirements from the business, documenting these in technical specifications, and unit testing RICE components. They will also troubleshoot open cases/issues, coordinate with team members regarding required open tickets, and consult on requested technical changes.Additionally, the Fusion HCM Technical Consultant will ensure data integrity and governance by supporting large/complex data imports and extracts, validating accuracy through reporting and queries. They will also provide analysis and consultation on implementing new software application products or new modules or any new requirement in existing applications.Key qualifications include a Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a relevant field, as well as good knowledge of Oracle fusion HCM modules and Payroll area. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.
