Growth Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive growth within the organization.The primary focus will be onidentifying areas of opportunity,understanding customer needs,creating plans to increase revenue,customer acquisition and increasing market share.Key responsibilities include:Analyzing customer behavior and market trends to identify opportunities for growthDeveloping and executing growth strategies across multiple channelsCollaborating with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement experiments to drive growthAnalyzing and interpreting data to inform growth decisionsSetting and achieving growth targets, including key performance indicators (KPIs)Strong understanding of customer acquisition and retention, as well as the ability to work with data and metrics to drive decision-making is required.Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹800, ₹1,000,000.00 per yearBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementHealth insuranceInternet reimbursementApplication Deadline: 22/10/2025Expected Start Date: 01/12/2025
