Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in a key role.Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software applications by designing, creating and executing test cases. This will involve manual testing as well as collaborating with vendor teams to identify and resolve defects.Experience in testing Oracle Banking Applications is essential.Hands-on experience of trade product life cycle such as import LC, Export LC, Collections, Guarantees is required.A strong understanding of testing standards, protocols and guidelines is necessary.Key Responsibilities:Designing, Creating and Executing Test Cases:Manual testing of software applications.Creation of test cases to ensure thorough testing.Collaboration with Vendor Teams:Identifying and resolving defects in collaboration with vendors.Ensuring timely fixes and resolution of issues.Skill Requirements:7-9 years of experience in testing Oracle Banking Applications.Hands-on experience on trade product life cycle such as import LC, Export LC, Collections, Guarantees.QA efforts for the implementation of Oracle banking latest modules like OBDX, OBTFPM and OBTF.Estimating effort for testing tasks.Collaborating with Vendor teams, providing accurate defect detail to ensure on-time fixes.Support SIT, UAT, regressions, performance tuning and integrations testing.Timely defects triaging and closure.This position requires active engagement with the entire product organization.Building & nurturing collaborative relationships within QA, as well as with Product Development, App Design and Engineering is essential.Follow best practices, test standards, protocols, and guidelines.Succeeding in this position will require balancing sometimes conflicting priorities while also delivering top-tier service for clients.Benefits:This role offers a great opportunity for professional growth and development.
