Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Lead with deep knowledge of the regional market and its feeder areas. The ideal candidate will be an individual contributor with excellent connections in the education sector, capable of executing BTL marketing activities and driving admissions for PW Vidyapeeth. You will also be responsible for managing a small team and achieving weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Local Market Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of Lucknow and nearby feeder markets to create impactful marketing strategies.
School Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with school management, enabling effective partnerships for brand awareness.
BTL Marketing Activities: Independently plan and execute activities like leaflet distribution, canopy setups, mall activations, and more to promote Vidyapeeth.
Network Building: Develop and maintain connections with admission advisors, bookstores, and establish new partners in the local market.
Home Demos & Admissions: Conduct home demos and drive conversions to meet Vidyapeeth’s admission goals.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
Team Management: Lead and motivate a small team to ensure efficient execution of marketing activities and target fulfillment.
Data & Reporting: Analyze data from marketing activities and provide timely reports to stakeholders.
Mobility: The candidate should own a 2-wheeler for ease of movement across different locations.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in marketing with a strong focus on BTL activities in the education sector.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a network of contacts in the Patna region.
Demonstrated ability to achieve targets and manage a small team effectively.
Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
Ownership of a 2-wheeler is mandatory.
