Senior Document Production SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Document Production Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in document formatting, graphic editing, and automation tools.The role requires the ability to handle complex projects, guide junior team members, and work efficiently under pressure. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and leadership abilities are essential for success.Key Responsibilities:Format and edit documents according to client specifications.Edit graphics using applications such as Adobe Photoshop.Utilize macros and automation tools to improve efficiency and quality.Ensure on-time delivery and maintain high-quality standards.Review and provide feedback on work done by junior team members.Mentor junior DTP specialists to improve team performance.Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure seamless execution.Troubleshoot DTP-related issues and suggest process improvements.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree.Advanced proficiency in MS Word for document formatting.Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop or similar tools for graphic editing.Proven experience in DTP OCR processing and quality assurance.Advance Proficiency in using industry-standard OCR software (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Pro, ABBYY FineReader).Excellent communication and leadership skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.Preferred: Knowledge of macros and automation tools to improve workflow efficiency.
