Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of Oracle Fusion HCM modules. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM and a strong understanding of HR business processes.Responsibilities include collaborating with HR stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, configuring Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, and OTL, performing end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM, conducting functional testing, preparing test scripts, and supporting UAT, providing post-go-live support and handling change requests, creating and maintaining documentation, training materials, and SOPs, working with technical teams to provide functional specifications for reports, integrations, and customizations, and ensuring compliance with data privacy and localization requirements (GCC, India, UK).Required Skills & Qualifications:7+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modulesStrong knowledge of HCM data structures, workflows, and security rolesExperience in at least one full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementationUnderstanding of HR processes and policiesFamiliarity with HDL, HCM extracts, Fast Formulas, and BI Reports is a plusStrong communication, documentation, and client interaction skillsOracle HCM Cloud Certification is preferredPreferred Modules Experience:Core HRPayroll (country-specific, e.g., UAE/ KSA)Absence ManagementOracle Time & Labor (OTL)Talent Management / Recruitment / PerformanceBenefits & CompensationAs a member of our global services provider, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects and gain extensive knowledge in Oracle ERP, EPM, Business Intelligence Analytics, and Digital Transformations.
