Job OpportunityThe position of HCM specialist involves developing and maintaining HCM technical components, supporting Core HR modules, building interfaces with Oracle HCM Cloud, troubleshooting payroll/HR data issues, and working closely with stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain HCM technical components: HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, HDL, BI Publisher Reports.Support Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent & Recruiting modules.Build interfaces and integrations with Oracle HCM Cloud.Troubleshoot payroll/HR data issues and deliver configurations & customizations.Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution design.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong technical knowledge: HDL, HCM Extracts, FF, OTBI, BIP.Hands-on experience with OIC integrations for HCM.Understanding of Fusion HCM tables, security, and workflows.SQL/PLSQL knowledge and ability to analyze HR/payroll data.Benefits and Opportunities:Working in a dynamic environment that offers opportunities for growth and development.
