This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a hospitality brand known for delivering bespoke experiences in the Himalayas.Responsibilities- Manage guest inquiries and reservation requests for Everest Base Camp, Mussoorie, ensuring a seamless and personalized booking experience.- Drive room sales and promote luxury camping packages with a focus on maximizing occupancy and revenue.- Handle modifications, cancellations, and special requests in line with company standards.- Collaborate closely with front office and operations teams to offer holistic guest experiences.- Keep accurate reservation and sales records; maintain thorough knowledge of all offerings—from luxury tents to curated outdoor activities.- Lead the reservation and sales team serving bookings for other client hotels.- Monitor and analyze sales, promoting new strategies to stay ahead of competition.- Train, mentor, and supervise team members, fostering growth and consistent service excellence.Qualifications-- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, tourism, or business preferred- .1-2 years' experience in sales, reservations, or hospitality operations- .Leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities a must- .Willingness to work flexible hours.SalaryA salary of Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 35,000 as per experience.
