Job Opportunity: AI Trading EngineerWe are seeking a skilled AI Trading Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our next-generation options trading system. This innovative system combines deep technical analysis, multi-LLM architecture, real-time commercial-grade data, cross-asset awareness, and automated execution via TastyTrade APIs.The successful candidate will design and build an AI-powered trading bot that trades ES futures and options overnight/pre-market, SPX 0DTE and 1DTE options during regular hours, using multiple LLMs for strategy generation, critique, and risk management. The engineer will also be responsible for integrating with real-time data feeds, implementing robust execution logic, and architecting a modular system for data ingestion, technical analysis, signal generation, LLM council, risk management, and UI/monitoring.Key Responsibilities:Design a multi-LLM 'council' for strategy generation, critique, and risk managementImplement technical analysis and signal generation using multi-timeframe trend/momentum indicators, volatility/range tools, and market structureDevelop a risk engine for Max Loss and Max Profit control, stop-loss implementation, and max exposure managementIntegrate with real-time data feeds and implement robust execution logic using TastyTrade APIsArchitect a modular system for data ingestion, technical analysis, signal generation, LLM council, risk management, and UI/monitoringRequired Skills & Experience:Strong practical Technical Analysis skills with experience in multi-timeframe chart analysis, indicators, and price action4+ years in quantitative/algo trading or systematic options/futures developmentHands-on experience with automated trading systems using real-time data, options and/or futures trading (SPX/ES strongly preferred), intraday or short-dated strategiesSolid understanding of options greeks, IV, skew, and term structure, ES and SPX microstructure, especially around macro events, risk management and drawdown controlExperience using or integrating LLMs, familiarity with multi-agent/council-style LLM patterns, ability to design prompts, context pipelines, and guardrails for trading decisionsAPIs & Infrastructure: experience with broker APIs (TastyTrade is a strong plus; IBKR/Tradier/etc. also helpful), real-time data feeds (WebSocket, FIX, vendor SDKs), and strong engineering practices: testing, logging, observability, deploymentBenefits:Excellent base salary commensurate with experienceAttractive percentage of quarterly trading profits based on performancePotential for increased profit share as the system scales
