Visual Design RoleWe are seeking a skilled Visual Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have high proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, passion for visual storytelling, and eagerness to expand their skills into eLearning development using Articulate Storyline 360.The selected candidate will collaborate with instructional designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to create engaging visual content for digital learning experiences. They must have a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field, and strong portfolio showcasing creative and polished design work.Key Responsibilities:Design graphics, illustrations, and layouts for eLearning courses, presentations, and other digital media.Support the visual development of training modules by providing assets (icons, templates, characters, etc.).Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure visuals align with learning goals.Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials.Benefits:Bi-annual appraisal model.Leaves offered - 15 casual leaves in a year with reimbursement for unused leaves.Software charges will be borne by the company.Health insurance.Fitness allowance.
