We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team.Job Description:The role is for a talented Graphic Designer with experience in both print and electronic media. We require someone who can take direction from written or spoken ideas and seamlessly convert them into images, layouts, and other designs. The successful candidate should have an intimate understanding of how marketing campaigns work, especially in the experiential sector, to support our clients.Responsibilities:Be an active part of the creative process - right from receiving the brief to executionBrainstorming with creative and client servicing teams on solutions for brandsUnderstanding Brand Identity Design and tonality of existing clients and working with their guidelinesCreate and deliver graphic template, video content, motion graphics for content designPrepare design plan, concept, storyboard and layout for event space designTake forward the design template into product and collateral designEdit raw video footage and make films to amplify and archive the projectMaking print files or final resolution files for exportRequired Skills and Qualifications:Degree in visual or experiential design discipline from renowned instituteSoftware skills: Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, After Effects, Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro, Color Correcting, etc.)Creative thought processKeen eye for aesthetics and detailsPossionate about brand communicationAbility to work methodically and meet deadlinesGreat interpersonal and organizational skillsUp to date with current trends in marketing and design communicationWhat We Offer:A fast-paced environment where you can hit the ground running as soon as we bring on a new client or project.Educational Qualification:Bachelor's degree in visual or experiential design discipline.Location:Gurgaon
