Quality Assurance Engineer - Salesforce ExpertAs a Quality Assurance (QA) engineer specializing in Salesforce, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless experience of our SaaS ecosystem.Your work will impact thousands of global users, powering seamless experiences across various applications including Salesforce, NetSuite, Kimble, Marketo, and Boomi.This high-visibility role puts you at the forefront of quality assurance, driving collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.Our ideal candidate will be responsible for:Developing and executing comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and scripts to guarantee flawless user experiences.Performing rigorous manual testing across Salesforce Lightning and Classic with meticulous attention to detail.Defect Management:Logging and tracking defects in Jira with precision and clarity.Collaborating closely with development and product teams to swiftly resolve issues.Release Cycles:Running regression tests and validating enhancements for each release with thoroughness.Providing critical support for environment refreshes, backups, and effective communication with business stakeholders.Collaboration and Improvement:Working in tandem with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and developers on requirements for every release.Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensuring seamless communication with business users.Continuous Learning:Refining test cases, enhancing QA processes, and identifying potential risks proactively.Requirements:Minimum 4+ years of experience in QA manual testing within a Salesforce ecosystem.Deep knowledge of Salesforce multi-cloud capabilities (Sales, Service, etc.).Exceptional manual testing skills, including functional, regression, integration, and UAT.Experience with Jira, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), System Testing Life Cycle (STLC), and Agile practices.Ability to manage test data across sandboxes with ease.Excellent communication, analysis, and documentation skills.A growth mindset built on ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, MIS, Business Administration, or equivalent.
