Job descriptionSenior AI/ML Specialist/LeadExperience Range:7+ years of professional experienceMandatory SkillsAiml,Python,Data Science,Deep LearningKey Responsibilities:Define and execute the AI/ML strategy for content generation (Gen-AI), entity linkage and matching, image processing, and content understandingLead the development of next-generation content generation systems using Large Language Models (LLMs)Architect scalable data platforms to support real-time and batch processing of media-rich datasetsOwn the data quality of deliverables and ensure consistent performance of models and output qualityDefine and implement organizational standards aligned with industry best practicesCollaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to drive AI-powered innovationImprove computer vision models for automated content tagging, video summarization, and understandingOversee MLOps infrastructure to ensure robust deployment and monitoring of ML modelsStay updated on emerging trends in AI, deep learning, and media tech, integrating new research into practical applicationsMust Have Skills:Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQLStrong experience with big data tools: Spark, Kafka, AirflowExtensive experience in deep learning, reinforcement learning, NLP, and computer visionExperience in large-scale machine learning model deployment and optimizationExperience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud AI servicesGood to Have Skills:Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AIFamiliarity with real-time streaming data platformsExposure to MLOps tools and frameworksBackground in media and entertainment domain-specific AI applicationsExperience in defining organizational AI/ML standards and best practices
