Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a SQL Developer at fabbytech Software Pvt Limited located in Chennai. The SQL Developer will be responsible for database development, ETL processes, database design, analytical skills, and data modeling.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Strong problem-solving abilities

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with a strong background in SQL and data analytics to join our team in Sunnyvale. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with complex datasets, generating meaningful insights, and supporting business decisions through data-driven analysis. Candidates with experience in Asian markets or who are bilingual (Chinese, Korean, etc.) are highly preferred to support diverse teams and projects.


Key Responsibilities:

·      Analyze, interpret, and visualize data to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.

·      Develop and maintain SQL queries, reports, and dashboards for data extraction and reporting.

·      Identify data trends, anomalies, and opportunities to improve business processes.

·      Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and operations.

·      Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple systems.

·      Create clear documentation for processes, methodologies, and reporting standards.


Required Skills:

·      Strong expertise in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

·      Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.

·      Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

·      Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

·      Ability to handle large datasets and complex data models.

·      Strong communication and collaboration skills.


·      Preferred Qualifications:

·      Bilingual in Chinese, Korean, or other Asian languages (preferred, not mandatory).

·      Familiarity with statistical analysis tools (e.g., Python, R).

·      Previous experience in tech or product-based companies.
