**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to support business requirements.
- Administer and manage IBM Cognos environments to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Design and implement data models to support reporting and analytics.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SQL and Cognos-related issues.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting solutions.
- Optimize and tune SQL queries for improved performance.
- Create and maintain documentation for all development and administration tasks.
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Participate in project planning and provide estimates for development tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in all deliverables.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices.

**Qualifications**
- Must have strong experience in ANSI SQL and IBM Cognos Administration.
- Should have a solid understanding of the Media domain.
- Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Should have strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Nice to have experience with other BI tools and technologies.
- Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Should be detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work.
