Data Solutions Director Opportunity We are seeking an experienced leader to drive our data solutions strategy in the APAC region. This role involves overseeing a team of analysts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing regional standards for data management.Key Responsibilities:Lead a team of Principal Analysts across APAC, providing strategic guidance and operational support.Collaborate with data engineering, development, and global teams to drive data solutions initiatives.Requirements:7+ years' experience in data solutions, analytics, BI, or data product roles with recent people management experience.Demonstrable experience within General Insurance data domains.Expert-level proficiency in Power BI (Premium, XMLA, ALM, optimization, governance).Experience with Snowflake and/or AWS Redshift, plus ETL/ELT tooling such as Informatica.Strong background in semantic model design and unified enterprise data models.Hands-on experience delivering GenAI applications (RAG, embeddings, LLM prototyping), with understanding of responsible AI.Experience implementing enterprise data catalog and lineage platforms.Strong understanding of data governance, metadata, lineage, and data quality across multiple markets.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with proven success engaging senior executives internationally.About UsWe offer a dynamic work environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and growth.
